AIIMS B.Sc. Nursing & Allied Health Counselling 2026: 1st & 2nd Round Seat Allocation Guidelines Released
The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, has released the Information Brochure for the 1st and 2nd Round of Online Seat Allocation for candidates qualified in the B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing and B.Sc. Allied & Health Care Courses entrance examination for the August 2026 session. Eligible candidates can log in to the AIIMS counselling portal to fill, edit, reorder, and lock their institute and subject preferences before the prescribed deadline. Candidates who do not participate in the first round of choice filling will not be considered for the first and second rounds of seat allocation. After Round 1 seat allotment, candidates can either accept the allotted seat and exit counselling or accept the seat while opting to participate in Round 2 for upgradation. Failure to join an upgraded seat may attract a ₹1 lakh penalty, and candidates must report to the allotted AIIMS with original documents or the prescribed security deposit for admission. The brochure also outlines reservation rules for OBC, EWS, PwBD, and other reserved categories, along with the complete counselling procedure and reporting requirements
