AP NEET UG Counselling 2026: Dr. NTRUHS Issues MBBS Management Quota Free Exit Notice
Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences (Dr. NTRUHS), Andhra Pradesh, has issued a notification dated October 15, 2026, regarding Free Exit after Phase I or Phase II counselling for MBBS admissions under the Management Quota for the academic year 2026–27.
The notification concerns candidates who have joined an MBBS seat under the Management Quota in either of the first two counselling phases. Eligible candidates seeking to withdraw from their allotted and joined seats should review the university’s instructions and complete the required process within the permitted timeframe.
According to a secondary report on the notification, the Free Exit deadline is October 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Candidates should verify this deadline and all applicable conditions in the official Dr. NTRUHS notice before taking action.
Free Exit may provide eligible candidates an opportunity to reconsider their existing seat and participate in a subsequent counselling phase, subject to the university’s rules. However, candidates should not assume that withdrawal automatically guarantees a new allotment. They must confirm their eligibility, applicable category conditions, resignation procedure, fee-related provisions and the process for collecting original certificates.
This notification specifically concerns MBBS Management Quota admissions. Candidates participating under the Competent Authority Quota or seeking information about BDS admissions should refer to the separate notification applicable to their course and quota.
Candidates are advised to visit the official Dr. NTRUHS website and read the complete notification carefully before making a decision about their admission.
