KNRUHS BDS Mop-Up Phase Web Options 2026–27: Check Dates, Eligibility and ₹12,000 University Fee
Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS), Telangana, has issued a notification for exercising web options for the Mop-Up Phase of BDS counselling under the Competent Authority Quota for the academic year 2026–27. The notification, dated October 15, 2026, concerns vacant seats in government and private dental colleges, including Army College of Dental Sciences, Secunderabad.
Eligible candidates can exercise their web options from 12:30 PM on October 15 until 8:00 AM on October 16, 2026, through the official BDS counselling portal. Candidates must be included in the university’s final merit list and satisfy the eligibility conditions mentioned in the notification.
The university has stated that candidates who did not exercise web options in the first phase, those who failed to report or discontinued after an earlier allotment, and candidates admitted through MCC counselling up to the third phase are not eligible under the specified conditions. Candidates already admitted to BDS and continuing their course may exercise options as permitted by the notice.
Candidates can select multiple colleges according to their preferences and eligibility. However, if a new seat is allotted, their previous allotment will be cancelled automatically. The university has warned that applicable cases of not joining or discontinuing after Mop-Up allotment may attract a penalty of ₹20 lakh and debarment from KNRUHS BDS admissions for three years.
Allotted candidates must pay the university fee of ₹12,000, where applicable, download their allotment order and report to the allotted dental college within the specified deadline. Candidates should read the official notification carefully before submitting choices.
