MCC NEET UG 2026 Round 2 PwD Assessment: Important Dates & Guidelines
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has issued Notice No. 18 dated September 2, 2026, regarding the PwD medical assessment process for Round 2 of UG Counselling 2026. The notice is specifically applicable to candidates applying under the Persons with Disabilities (PwD) category.
MCC has informed PwD candidates that the PwD Portal for Round 2 of UG Counselling 2026 is now active. Candidates who are required to undergo medical assessment through the designated Primary Medical Assessment Board must report within the prescribed timeline.
According to the notice, candidates must report to the Primary Medical Assessment Board by 10:30 AM on September 5, 2026. The Primary Medical Assessment process is scheduled to be completed by 6:00 PM on September 6, 2026. Candidates have been advised to visit the Primary Medical Assessment Centre within the stipulated time as per the revised Round 2 schedule.
The notice further states that the Appellate Medical Assessment Board will conduct medical assessments for candidates who report up to 12:00 Noon on September 8, 2026.
MCC has advised all concerned PwD candidates to ensure that their medical assessment is completed within the prescribed schedule and that their assessment details are generated online on the MCC portal. Candidates should also regularly visit the MCC website for further updates and announcements related to the counselling process.
