The Directorate of Higher & Technical Education, Government of Mizoram, has released the First Provisional Merit List for NEET UG 2026 for candidates seeking admission under the Mizoram State Quota. The merit list has been prepared based on the NEET UG 2026 scorecards submitted by candidates up to 24 July 2026 (3:00 PM).
The provisional merit list is intended to help candidates understand their relative merit position for admission to Mizoram State Quota seats. It covers admissions to the following undergraduate courses:

The document contains a rank-wise list of 385 candidates, including the following details:

- Date of Birth
- NEET UG 2026 Score
According to the published merit list, the highest NEET UG 2026 score is 595, secured by H. Malsawmdawngzuala, who is placed at Rank 1 in the Mizoram State Provisional Merit List.
