Tamil Nadu NEET UG Counselling 2026: Round 3 Schedule & Details
The Selection Committee, Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DME), Chennai, has released the tentative Round 3 counselling schedule for Tamil Nadu NEET UG 2026 admissions to MBBS and BDS courses for the academic session 2026–27. The counselling process includes government medical and dental colleges, ESIC Medical College, self-financing medical and dental colleges, state private universities, and other eligible institutions covered under the notification.
According to the schedule, Round 3 registration and payment will begin on September 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM and close on September 30, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Choice filling and locking will take place from October 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM to October 9, 2026, at 5:00 PM. The processing of virtual vacancies is scheduled for September 30, while seat allotment processing will take place on October 10 and 11, 2026.
The Round 3 seat allotment result is scheduled to be published on October 12, 2026. Candidates can download their provisional allotment orders from October 12 to October 14, 2026, until 12:00 noon. The last date to join the allotted college is October 14, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
Candidates should carefully review the eligibility conditions, complete choice filling within the specified deadline, and follow the reporting instructions.
