Telangana NEET UG 2026 MBBS Mop-Up Counselling Web Options
Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS), Telangana, has issued a notification inviting eligible candidates to exercise web options for the Mop-Up Phase of MBBS counselling under the Competent Authority Quota for the 2026–27 academic year.
The web-options window opens at 5:00 PM on 12 October 2026 and closes at 5:00 PM on 14 October 2026. The counselling covers vacant MBBS seats in government and private unaided minority and non-minority medical colleges affiliated with KNRUHS, including applicable EWS, PwD and CAP categories.
Candidates whose names appear in the final merit list and whose certificates were uploaded and provisionally verified are eligible, subject to the notification's conditions. Candidates who did not exercise web options in the first phase, those who failed to report or discontinued after joining in earlier phases, and candidates admitted through MCC counselling up to its third phase are not eligible.
Candidates must submit their college preferences through the official portal at https://tsmedadm.tsche.in. They are advised to select only colleges they are prepared to join and to save a printout of their choices. If a new seat is allotted, the previous allotment is automatically cancelled.
The university fee for MBBS admission is ₹12,000. Candidates who already paid this fee in an earlier phase and slide to another college do not need to pay it again. The notification also specifies a ₹20 lakh discontinuation penalty and three-year debarment provisions for applicable cases involving failure to join or discontinuation after the Mop-Up Phase.
Candidates should review the vacancy list, fee rules and complete notification before submitting their choices. The allotment order will specify the reporting deadline and required admission formalities.
