VITEEE 2027 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have passed Class 12 in 2025 or 2026 or be appearing in 2027. The official FAQ says candidates who passed in 2024 or earlier are not eligible. For the usual PCM route, applicants need at least 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, including at least 50% in Mathematics. For the PCB route, they need 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology, including 50% in Biology. A relaxed 50% aggregate criterion applies to SC/ST applicants and candidates from Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and specified northeastern states, subject to documentary proof and the published programme rules.
Students choosing Mathematics in VITEEE (MPCEA) may pursue all listed B.Tech programmes if eligible. Biology-route (BPCEA) applicants are restricted to designated programmes, including Biotechnology, Bioengineering and specified health- or bioinformatics-related courses. VITEEE rank, eligibility verification and seat availability together determine admission; registration alone does not guarantee a seat.

- Verify the registration OTP, log in and enter personal, contact, Class 10 and Class 12 details carefully.

VIT warns candidates against fake admission websites and agents promising direct admission. Use only its authorized registration portal and official university website. VITEEE 2027 Exam Pattern and B.Tech Admission
The 2027 test is a two-hour computer-based examination in English, containing 100 multiple-choice questions: Mathematics or Biology 40, Physics 25, Chemistry 25, English 5 and Aptitude 5. Correct answers carry four marks, incorrect answers lose one mark and unanswered questions receive zero. VIT permits only one examination attempt. Applicants should check their subject choice carefully because it affects the engineering programmes for which they can qualify.
VIT BTech admission 2027 will be conducted through rank-based online counselling, subject to eligibility and available seats. Campus, branch and fee-category preferences are exercised during counselling rather than at the initial application stage. VIT states that JEE Main or SAT scores do not replace VITEEE for B.Tech admission.
