B.S.A. College of Engineering & Technology (BSACET), established in 1997, is a non-profitable private technical institution located in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. Founded under the auspices of Shri Agrawal Shiksha Mandal (Regd.), a 100-year-old philanthropic organization deeply rooted in Mathura, BSACET has a rich legacy of promoting technical and management education with an inclusive philosophy that transcends religious, gender, and socio-political boundaries. BSACET is approved and recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), and is affiliated to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow, and BTEUP, Lucknow for diploma-level programmes. The institution is ISO 9001:2000 certified and an institutional member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), New Delhi. It has also been recognized as a Nodal Centre of IIT-Delhi and NPTEL Centre of IIT-Madras. Spread across 14.5 acres in the heart of Mathura city, the campus features twin academic blocks, a three-storeyed building, two mechanical engineering department blocks, four hostel blocks, staff residences, and a cafeteria. The campus is well-connected to Mathura Junction Railway Station (approximately 2 km) and the main bus stand. BSACET offers a diverse portfolio of programmes: B.Tech across five engineering specialisations (CSE, ECE, EE, ME, CE), Bachelor of Pharmacy, BBA, BCA, MBA, MCA, and Diploma programmes in Electronics and Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, D.Pharm is offered for pharmacy aspirants. Admissions to B.Tech are conducted via UPTAC counselling based on JEE Main scores, while Diploma admissions are through JEECUP. MBA admissions accept CAT/MAT scores. The fee structure is very affordable, with B.Tech tuition at Rs. 75,626 per year and B.Pharm at Rs. 63,300 per year, making it one of the most economical engineering institutions in the region. The Training and Placement Cell at BSACET is active and industry-connected. The cell conducts pre-placement training sessions, mock GDs, and personal interview sessions.
