Admission Process at Hardayal Technical Campus, Mathura

• Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and passing certificates (plus graduation marksheets for MBA and D.El.Ed.)
• Entrance scorecard - UPSEE/SEE-MTU, JEE Main, CAT or MAT, as applicable
• Diploma or B.Sc. marksheets for B.Tech lateral-entry candidates
• Category/caste certificate, where reservation is claimed
• Domicile certificate, if applicable
• Transfer and migration certificates
• Authority Letter from Guardian (downloadable from the official admission page)

HTC also fills what it terms lapsed seats - seats left vacant when students allotted through counselling do not join or later withdraw. These may be filled through subsequent university counselling rounds, or by the college itself under management-quota procedure if counselling sessions have concluded.

Candidates can begin by submitting the Online Enquiry Form on hardayal.in and emailing supporting documents to the admission office with the subject line FirstName_LastName_Course_Doc. Applicants should also review the fee structure for their chosen programme in advance.
