Admission Process at Hillside Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital

All India Quota seats, where applicable, are filled through the All India Ayush Counselling Committee (AACCC), which functions under the Ministry of Ayush and NCISM. State Quota seats are filled through the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA), the state-level counselling body for Ayurveda, medical, and other professional courses in Karnataka. Candidates register on the respective counselling portal, fill in their college and course preferences, and are allotted seats based on their NEET UG rank, category, and seat availability during each round of counselling.

• Valid NEET UG scorecard and admit card
• Class 10 and 12 mark sheets and pass certificates
• Transfer certificate and migration certificate (where applicable)
• Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS), if applicable
• Passport-size photographs
• Counselling allotment letter from AACCC or KEA
• Aadhaar card or other valid government photo identification

Once allotted a seat, candidates must report to the college within the stipulated reporting window with original documents for verification and fee payment. Applicants are encouraged to review the relevant fee structure and confirm the official previous-year NEET cutoff ranks for the college before finalizing their choice during counselling, and to check whether any scholarship schemes apply to their category at the time of admission.

Candidates interested in Management or NRI quota seats, where offered, may also apply directly to the college through its official application form, subject to the eligibility norms and fee structure applicable to such seats, separate from the centralized counselling process used for government-quota allocation.
