Note: Tuition fee (Rs 2.5 lakh per year for the first two years) is fully waived for participants receiving the monthly stipend. Stipend: Rs 45,000 per month in Years 1 and 2 and Rs 50,000 per month in Years 3 and 4 (after clearing the comprehensive examination). Merit fellowship of Rs 10,000 per month in Year 2 and Rs 15,000 per month in Years 3 and 4 (subject to performance), plus a contingency grant of Rs 2,50,000 over four years. Participants pay for food, electricity and water, acceptance fee and alumni fee. | ||
