PGP and PGP-FABM Selection Procedure

Candidates applying for the two-year PGP and PGP-FABM programmes must register for and take the Common Admission Test (CAT) conducted annually by the IIMs. The first phase of selection involves shortlisting applicants based on minimum category-wise sectional and overall CAT percentile cutoffs alongside academic performance in Class 10, Class 12, and Bachelor's degree examinations. Candidates meeting the stringent preliminary cutoffs proceed to the Analytical Writing Test (AWT) and Personal Interview (PI) stage. The AWT assesses written communication, structured thinking, and analytical reasoning, while the PI evaluates domain knowledge, soft skills, maturity, and career clarity.

Composite Score Calculation and Final Offers

Final admission offers are extended based on a consolidated Merit Score calculated by combining weighted scores from CAT performance, AWT evaluation, Personal Interview performance, academic achievements, work experience duration and quality, and academic or gender diversity factors. PGPX Executive MBA Admission Route

Admission to the one-year PGPX executive programme requires candidates to hold a valid Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) or Graduate Record Examination (GRE) score earned within the preceding five years, alongside a bachelor's degree and a minimum of four to five years of full-time work experience.
