The eligibility for the regular MBA is a bachelor's degree in any subject from a recognised university with at least 50 percent marks, and 45 percent for SC and ST candidates of Madhya Pradesh. Students in the final year can apply and show their degree before the last date. There is no upper age limit and no work experience requirement. Please read the course page to match your degree and interests with the specialisations.

Other programmes follow separate routes. The integrated five-year programmes use CUET UG scores after Class 12, with college-level and department-level counselling. The Executive MBA is meant for graduates with work experience and has its own application and merit process. Ph.D. admission is based on UGC NET or JRF scores or the university entrance test, followed by an interview with the research advisory committee, and the research topic is finalised after selection.

Documents normally needed at reporting are the CUET PG or CMAT score card, mark sheets of the bachelor's degree and of Class 10 and Class 12, a domicile certificate, a category certificate for reserved seats, an income certificate for scholarships and a transfer certificate. One Time Registration is required for SC and ST students who wish to use the scholarship portal. Keep photocopies ready along with the originals.

Seats are limited and the closing ranks change from round to round, so candidates should lock their choices carefully. A seat can be lost if the fee is not paid or the reporting is not done on time. You can see the previous closing ranks on the cutoff page.
