JSAM maintains a dedicated Career Guidance Cell Committee and an active Alumni Association with Distinguished Alumni recognition, supporting graduate career development. As with most Ayurveda institutes, most graduates pursue clinical practice, government Ayush sector roles, academic/teaching roles (supported by the institute's PhD programme), or independent practice rather than conventional corporate placements.
