NLDIMSR's PGDM placement cell reports a highest package of INR 24 lakh and an average package of INR 11.17 lakh per annum for the 2025 batch, up from a highest of INR 17 lakh and an average of INR 9 lakh for the 2022-24 batch, and a highest of INR 25.5 lakh for the 2021-23 batch, according to the institute's own communications as aggregated by Shiksha and Collegedunia. Top recruiters span BFSI, FMCG and consulting firms such as Bloomberg, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, Kotak Mahindra Bank, CRISIL, Hindustan Unilever, Aditya Birla Capital and PwC, with over 180-350 recruiters visiting the campus depending on the reporting source. A mandatory two-month summer internship between the first and second year gives students additional real-world exposure across Finance, Marketing, HR and Business Analytics roles.
