SHEAT College of Pharmacy offers three PCI-approved pharmacy programmes: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) — 4 years, 100 seats, affiliated to AKTU Lucknow; Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) in Pharmacology and Pharmaceutics — 2 years each, 15 seats per specialisation, affiliated to AKTU Lucknow; and Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) — 2 years, 60 seats, affiliated to BTE Uttar Pradesh.

The annual tuition fee for B.Pharm is ₹1,00,000 per year as per the official SHEAT fee structure 2026-27. The total fee for the 4-year programme is ₹4,00,000. University exam and registration fees are charged separately. Hostel is available at ₹80,000 per year and transport at ₹18,000–₹23,000 per year.

B.Pharm admission is done through UPTAC (Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counselling) conducted by AKTU Lucknow. Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology with at least 50% marks. They register online at uptac.admissions.nic.in, submit choices, and seats are allotted through up to 4 counselling rounds based on merit. 15% seats are available under the Management Quota at the institute level.

SHEAT College of Pharmacy offers M.Pharm in two specialisations: Pharmacology (15 seats) and Pharmaceutics (15 seats). Both are 2-year programmes affiliated to AKTU Lucknow.
