SCMS Cochin's own official website describes it as 'Ranked as No. 1 B-School in Kerala' and among the 'Top 50 at national level', a self-reported institutional claim rather than a citation to a specific ranking agency. Third-party sources report conflicting current figures: NIRF rankings vary widely by source (from a historical #50 in 2016 to 'not announced' in 2024, with other listings citing #41-#79); Business Today figures range from #47-73 across different years and sources; MBAUniverse.com places it around #66-73; and Outlook-ICARE 2024 ranks it #36 in the 'MBA (Private)' category. Given this level of disagreement across sources, any specific current ranking should be verified directly against the originating agency's own publication.
