Admission to Sri Sri University's undergraduate and postgraduate programmes is based on either the university's own Sri Sri University Common Entrance Test (SSU CET) or merit computed from Class 12 (for UG programmes) or qualifying degree marks (for PG programmes). In addition to its own entrance test, SSU accepts scores from several national-level entrance examinations depending on the programme: JEE Main for B.Tech, NATA for B.Arch, and CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT or ATMA for MBA admissions. GATE scores are accepted for eligible M.Tech applicants, and CUET UG/PG scores are also accepted for select programmes.

Admission Process at Sri Sri University
The typical admission cycle for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes opens in the months following Class 12 board results, with final admissions and reporting generally completing before the new academic session begins around July-August each year, though the exact schedule is notified afresh by the university each admission cycle. PhD admission follows a separate track through the Sri Sri PhD Entrance Test followed by a personal interview.
- Completed online application form with the prescribed application fee (approx. Rs. 1,000)
- Valid SSU CET score, or a qualifying score in an accepted national-level entrance exam (JEE Main / NATA / CAT / XAT / MAT / CMAT / ATMA / GATE, as applicable)
- Class 10 and Class 12 (or qualifying degree) mark sheets and pass certificates
- Transfer Certificate and Migration Certificate from the previous institution
- Category certificate for reserved-category applicants, where applicable
- Recent passport-size photographs and valid photo identification
Once shortlisted, candidates typically undergo a counselling and document-verification process at the university before confirming their seat with the prescribed fee payment. Applicants are encouraged to review the current fee structure, including mandatory one-time and annual charges alongside the optional hostel, mess and transport charges, and to explore applicable scholarship options before finalising their admission at Sri Sri University.
For programmes accepting multiple entrance routes - such as MBA, which accepts CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA scores as well as the university's own SSU CET - candidates are advised to submit whichever qualifying score they hold at the time of application, since the university's admission committee evaluates applications holistically rather than requiring a single specific exam. Similarly, B.Tech applicants may use either a valid JEE Main score or the SSU CET, whichever gives them a stronger application.
International and NRI applicants, given the university's growing national and international student outreach, typically follow a parallel simplified admission pathway with relaxed entrance-exam requirements in favour of an interview-based or documentation-based evaluation; such applicants are encouraged to contact the international admissions cell directly for the specific process applicable to their case.
