XLRI - Xavier School of Management, Delhi-NCR Campus is the Delhi-NCR extension of XLRI Jamshedpur, India's oldest business school, founded in 1949 and run by the Society of Jesus (Jesuits). The campus was inaugurated in 2017 in Aurangpur, Jhajjar district, Haryana, about 25 km from Gurugram. It holds dual international accreditation from AACSB and AMBA, along with AICTE approval, NBA accreditation and AIU recognition. The flagship 2-year PGDM in Business Management (PGDM-BM) is an MBA-equivalent programme with admission through XAT, with GMAT and GRE also accepted. Admission and placements are centralised with the Jamshedpur campus.
