AP NEET BDS Counselling 2026 Phase-3 (Mop-Up Round)
Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences (Dr. NTRUHS), Vijayawada, has issued a notification for exercising web options for Phase-3 (Mop-Up) counselling for BDS admissions under the Competent Authority Quota (CQ) for the academic year 2026–27 in Andhra Pradesh.
The counselling covers vacant BDS seats, including unfilled seats, seats where candidates did not join, and vacancies arising from the Free Exit facility after Phase-I and Phase-II counselling in government and private unaided non-minority and minority dental colleges affiliated with Dr. NTRUHS.
Eligible candidates whose names appear in the final merit list published on August 29, 2026, and its addendum dated September 1, 2026, can exercise web options according to their college preferences. Candidates listed as holding an All India Quota seat up to Round 3 will be excluded from this phase and subsequent counselling phases, as specified in the notice.
The web options facility opens at 8:00 PM on October 18, 2026, and closes at 8:00 PM on October 19, 2026. Candidates may select colleges in their preferred order irrespective of the vacancies displayed, and there is no limit on the number of options. A refundable security deposit of ₹10,000 must be paid online before exercising web options.
Candidates allotted a seat in Phase-3 must report to the allotted college. Those upgraded from a previously joined seat will automatically lose their earlier seat, and no further upgradation or Free Exit will be available after Phase-3. Candidates should review the official instructions, fee requirements and eligibility conditions before submitting their final choices.
