CENTAC Puducherry Opens Fresh MDS Applications After NEET MDS Cut-off Reduction; Apply by October 20
The Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC), Puducherry, has issued a notice dated 17 October 2026 inviting fresh applications for PG Dental (MDS) admissions for the 2026–27 academic session following a reduction in the NEET MDS qualifying cut-off.
Fresh applications are invited only from candidates who have become eligible under the revised qualifying criteria. Eligible candidates can apply for the vacancies published on the CENTAC website, submit their course preferences and participate in Round 3 counselling after paying the applicable registration fee. Further instructions for Round 3 participation will be published separately by CENTAC.
The revised criteria are based on the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare letter dated 12 October 2026 and the NBE notice dated 14 October 2026, as referenced in the CENTAC notification.
Candidates must submit their fresh application, willingness, registration fee and course preferences by 20 October 2026, 5:00 PM. Applicants should check the available vacancies and review the official counselling instructions before completing their application.
