Chhattisgarh NEET UG 2026 Seat Resignation: Last Date, Portal & Withdrawal Process
The Office of the Commissioner, Medical Education, Chhattisgarh, has issued an important notice regarding seat resignation for candidates admitted through the first round of Chhattisgarh NEET UG 2026 counselling for MBBS and BDS courses.
According to the notice dated September 7, 2026, candidates who have received admission through the first round of state NEET UG counselling but now wish to cancel or withdraw their allotted seat can use the Seat Resign Portal / Seat Withdrawal Portal.
The seat resignation facility will be available from September 7, 2026, at 2:30 PM (Server Time). Candidates can complete the resignation or withdrawal process until September 10, 2026, at 12:00 Noon (Server Time).
The notice specifically advises candidates seeking seat resignation to complete the required process within the prescribed timeline. Candidates can also complete the admission cancellation/resignation process by being present at their allotted institution.
The update is relevant for candidates admitted to MBBS and BDS programmes through the first round of Chhattisgarh NEET UG counselling 2026 who no longer wish to continue with their allotted seat.
