Schedule of Sports Trial for Sports Supernumerary Quota Admission in UG Programs 2026
The Delhi University Sports Council has released the date list for Sports Trials to be conducted for admission under the Sports Supernumerary Quota in UG Programs 2026. Trials for various games will be held across multiple colleges and venues of the University of Delhi from 29th July to 3rd August 2026. Candidates must check their respective game's date, reporting time, and venue below.
The Sports Supernumerary Quota allows candidates with a strong sporting background to be considered for additional seats over and above the regular UG intake, based on their performance in the sport-specific trial rather than academic merit alone. Since trial dates run across nearly a week and span more than a dozen venues, candidates are advised to plan their travel and reporting well in advance to avoid clashes, especially if appearing for multiple sports.

Candidates are encouraged to arrive well ahead of the reporting time, carry a valid photo ID in addition to the CSAS application printout, and confirm their venue address a day in advance, since several trials are held at different colleges from where the candidate may have applied. Any change in schedule or venue, if issued later by the Sports Council, will typically be communicated through the official University of Delhi admission portal.
