Gujarat NEET Counselling 2026: Admission Cancellation Procedure, Documents and Fee Refund Rules
The Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate & Postgraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC & ACPPGMEC), Government of Gujarat, has issued a procedure for candidates seeking to cancel their confirmed medical admission and collect their original documents.
According to the procedure, candidates who have confirmed admission after submitting their original documents at a Help Center must visit the same Help Center where their admission was reported. Candidates are required to submit an admission cancellation application along with the prescribed supporting documents before collecting their original documents.
If a candidate cannot visit the Help Center personally, a parent or authorized representative may collect the documents by submitting an Authority Letter signed by the candidate. The representative must also carry valid identity proof in original and photocopy.
The committee states that fees will be adjusted if the candidate takes admission in the third round. If the candidate does not take admission anywhere, the fees will be refunded after completion of the admission process.
Candidates should review the official cancellation procedure and ensure that all required documents are available before visiting the Help Center.
Documents Required for Admission Cancellation
Candidates must carry the original admission order issued by ACPPGMEC, a photocopy of the fee receipt or challan, a self-attested copy of the relevant allotment letter, and a photocopy of valid ID proof. Candidates who have not taken admission elsewhere must submit a cancellation application instead of an allotment letter.
