Jharkhand NEET UG 2026 Round 2 Counselling Schedule Revised
The Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) has released a press communiqué regarding the revised schedule for the 2nd Round of online counselling for admission to MBBS courses for the 2026 admission session.
The update has been issued in compliance with the directions of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), New Delhi, issued on 27 August 2026 concerning the revised NEET UG 2026 schedule for Round 2 of State Counselling.
According to JCECEB, the 2nd Round of online counselling will be conducted for vacant 60% seats earmarked for qualified students from across the country under the All India Quota (AIQ). The counselling will also cover 15% seats earmarked for NRI-supported students under the NRI Quota.
The MBBS seats covered under this counselling process are available at Laxmi Chandravansi Medical College & Hospital, Palamu; Netaji Subhas Medical College and Hospital, Seraikela-Kharsawan; Sido Kanhu Medical College & Hospital, Dumka; and Birsa Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Khunti.
JCECEB has clarified that the detailed schedule and other information are available in a separate press communiqué titled “Important Information regarding Revised Schedule for 2nd (Second) Round of online counselling for admission to M.B.B.S., B.D.S. & B.H.M.S. Courses.”
