KEA UGCET 2026 2nd Round Final Seat Allotment Result Released
Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has announced the final results of the second round of seat allotment for UGCET 2026 courses on 24 August 2026. The notice covers Engineering, Architecture, Yoga & Naturopathy, Farm Sciences, Veterinary, B.Sc. Nursing, B.Pharm, Pharm-D, BPT, BPO and Allied Health Sciences courses.
Candidates allotted seats in the second round can select Choice-1 or Choice-4. Candidates choosing Choice-1 must take admission to the allotted seat, while candidates who wish to participate in the third round can do so after following the conditions specified by KEA.
Key Instructions
- Candidates allotted seats in Round 2 can select Choice-1 or Choice-4.
- Choice-1: Candidate must take admission to the allotted seat. They may still participate in Round 3 after the Round 3 schedule is announced.
- Candidates who do not want to retain their Round 2 seat but wish to participate in Round 3 can cancel the allotted seat by paying a ₹5,000 penalty and then register afresh for Round 3.
- Candidates taking admission to an MCC-allotted UG Medical/Dental seat can exit KEA counselling by selecting Choice-4 (Exit) on 25 or 26 August 2026.
- KEA will re-run the first-round allotment for Medical and Dental courses based on the options already entered by candidates. No changes to the existing options will be permitted.
- After the revised first-round results are published, candidates may be considered for upgradation to higher-order options, subject to seat availability and applicable allotment rules.
- The Medical and Dental first-round choice-selection portal will subsequently be enabled.
