Kerala NEET UG 2026 Third Phase Allotment List Released
The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has published the Third Phase allotment list for MBBS and BDS admissions under the state quota for the 2026–27 academic year. The allotment covers government and private self-financing medical and dental colleges across Kerala.
According to the official notification dated 11 October 2026, the allotment was published after removing candidates who had joined through All India Quota (AIQ) counselling and addressing valid complaints received against the provisional allotment list released on 8 October 2026.
Candidates who have received a seat must log in to the KEAM 2026 candidate portal and download their allotment memo. The memo provides details such as the allotted college, course, allotment category and prescribed fee. Candidates must pay the applicable fee and complete admission at the allotted institution by 4:00 PM on 14 October 2026. They must also carry the documents specified in the allotment memo and print the Data Sheet available through their candidate portal.
Candidates who fail to join within the stipulated period will lose their allotment and all existing higher options in the relevant stream. Liquidated damages may also apply under the KEAM 2026 Prospectus.
CEE Kerala has further clarified that any vacancies remaining after the Third Phase will be filled through a Stray Vacancy Allotment requiring fresh option registration. Candidates allotted seats in the Third Phase, those who exited a seat after 10:00 AM on 7 October 2026, and candidates holding or joined to an AIQ seat at the relevant time are ineligible for this stray round, subject to the notification's stated conditions.
Candidates should check the official CEE Kerala portal for their individual allotment details and subsequent updates.
