Manipur Medical Counselling 2026 Round 3 Seat Matrix Released
The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Government of Manipur, has issued a notification dated October 9, 2026, announcing the available State Government quota seats for Round 3 of Manipur Medical e-Counselling 2026–27. The seat matrix covers MBBS, BDS and Bachelor of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP) courses at the listed institutions.
According to the notification, 11 MBBS seats are available across RIMS, JNIMS, SAHS and CMC. RIMS has five vacancies, while JNIMS, SAHS and CMC have two seats each.
For BDS admissions, the notification lists eight seats: two at RIMS and six at JNIMS. RDC, Guwahati, has no available BDS seats in the published matrix. For BASLP, four seats are listed at RIMS.
The notification also clarifies that the seat matrix for management quota seats will be subject to the outcome of Writ Appeal No. 28 of 2026. It further explains the rules governing Meritorious Reserved Candidates (MRCs) and the treatment of vacant Unreserved and reserved-category seats under the applicable Manipur selection rules.
