Manipur NEET UG Counselling 2026 Round 2 Registration & Choice Filling Dates
The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Government of Manipur, has released the notification for Manipur Medical e-Counselling 2026–27 Round 2. The notification, dated September 5, 2026, requires candidates to participate through the official web-based counselling portal and fill fresh seat choices to be considered for Round 2 seat allotment.
According to the schedule, registration and choice filling/locking will be conducted from September 8 to September 11, 2026. The Round 2 merit list is scheduled for September 14, followed by the seat allotment result on September 16, 2026. Candidates allotted seats must report to their respective colleges between September 16 and September 18, 2026.
The counselling covers State Government Quota seats for MBBS, BDS and BASLP at institutions including RIMS, JNIMS, SAHS, CMC and RDC Guwahati. It also includes Management Quota and NRI Quota MBBS seats at SAHS.
Fresh registration is permitted for NEET UG 2026-qualified candidates who did not participate in previous rounds, subject to eligibility requirements. Candidates must pay the applicable application fee along with a ₹15,000 refundable security fee. No separate fee is charged for choice filling.
Candidates who participated in Round 1 must also submit fresh choices for Round 2, as choices submitted in the previous round will not remain valid. After allotment, candidates can choose Freeze, Float or Reject depending on their admission and upgradation preference. Candidates should carefully follow the official schedule and complete all required steps within the specified deadlines.
