MP NEET UG Counselling 2026: Stray Vacancy Round Schedule Released for MBBS and BDS, College Reporting from October 23
The Office of the Commissioner, Medical Education, Madhya Pradesh, has released the schedule for the Stray Vacancy Round of MP State Combined NEET UG Counselling 2026 for admission to MBBS and BDS courses.
As per the official schedule dated October 19, 2026, the list of remaining vacant seats and eligible candidates will be published on October 21, 2026. Eligible candidates can submit their online applications and fill in their college choices against the available vacancies from October 21 to October 22, 2026, until 11:59 PM.
The schedule states that real-time merit will be available on the DME portal at up to 10 times the number of vacancies available in each college. Candidates must report to a college for online attendance between October 23 and October 24, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Admission of selected candidates, based on attendance and merit, is scheduled for October 25, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Candidates are permitted to log online attendance at only one college during this round. If selected according to their filled choices, they must physically report to the concerned college and report to the government nodal officer appointed by the Directorate of Medical Education (DME) for logging online attendance.
