The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) has released the schedule and instructions for provisional admission to MBBS and BDS courses under the **2nd Round of Odisha NEET UG 2026 Counselling**. The notice, dated September 13, 2026, is applicable to candidates who have received new allotments in the second round.
As per the notification, newly allotted candidates are required to exercise the **FREEZE or FLOAT option through their login ID**, complete the required payment and physically report at the OJEE Office, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar according to their allotted reporting schedule. Reporting will be conducted on **September 17 and 18, 2026**, depending on the allotted college and course.
Candidates must carry their original certificates, mark sheets, bond, CLC and other required documents along with a set of photocopies. Candidates are advised not to report directly to their allotted college at this stage and should wait for completion of the counselling and admission process.
For upgraded candidates who had already reported to the OJEE office during Round 1, fresh physical reporting is generally not required in Round 2. However, they must exercise the appropriate Freeze/Float option and download their new provisional allotment letter.
The prescribed fee for Government Medical/Dental Colleges is **₹37,950 per annum**, while private college fees vary by institution. NRI candidates are required to pay four times the applicable private-college fee.
Candidates should carefully follow the reporting schedule and OJEE instructions to avoid cancellation of their allotted seat.
