OJEE MBBS BDS Counselling 2026: Urgent Notice for State & AIQ Seats
OJEE has issued an urgent notice regarding candidates participating in MBBS/BDS counselling under the 85% State Quota in Odisha.
The notice states that some candidates have been allotted/reported against 85% State Quota seats through the State Counselling process while also reporting against 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats through MCC counselling.
Such candidates have been advised to take the required action according to the applicable MCC guidelines and rules and resolve their counselling/seat status. The deadline for doing so is 06 October 2026 by 11:30 AM.
The notice carries an important consequence for candidates who fail to resolve their status within the prescribed deadline. Candidates who do not take the necessary action by 11:30 AM on 06 October 2026 will not be considered for allotment in the 3rd Round of counselling under the 85% State Quota seats.
Therefore, candidates holding/reporting against both an Odisha State Quota seat and an MCC AIQ seat should immediately check their status and complete the required action as per MCC rules before the deadline.
