PGEAC-2026 Round-3 Counselling Notice – Admission to Post Graduate (M.Tech.) Courses in Government Engineering Colleges of Bihar
The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has released the PGEAC-2026 Round 3 Counselling Notice for admission to M.Tech. courses in Government Engineering Colleges of Bihar. The notice is dated September 9, 2026 and includes candidates who are qualified and eligible as per the PGEAC-2026 prospectus and had submitted their online application, consent or willingness for Round 3.
The Round 3 counselling/interview will be conducted offline at the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board, IAS Association Building, Near Patna Airport, Patna-14. Candidates must appear according to their PGEAC-ID merit and category schedule.
For Unreserved candidates, interviews are scheduled on September 12 and September 13, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Category-wise counselling for ST, SC, EBC, BC, RCG and EWS candidates is scheduled for September 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
Candidates must carry the original certificates/documents, including the PGEAC-2026 rank card, educational certificates, Bihar residence and caste certificates where applicable, PwD certificate, Aadhaar card, photographs, confirmation page, verification slip and biometric form. Candidates admitted in Round 2 who seek reshuffling must also carry their admission receipt and bonafide certificate.
The Board clarifies that being included in the counselling list does not guarantee admission. Seats will be allotted merit-wise after document and identity verification, subject to availability.
