Spot Round Counselling for Allotment of Vacant Seats After 2nd Round of Seat Allotment and Withdrawal of Seats
The Directorate of Higher & Technical Education, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, has issued a circular announcing the Spot Round Counselling 2026 for allotment of vacant seats remaining after the second round of seat allotment and withdrawal of seats.
The Spot Round Counselling will be conducted on 11 September 2026 from 11:30 AM onwards at DK Hall, State Legislative Assembly, Itanagar. The vacant-seat details will be published on the official website at 12:00 PM on 10 September 2026, while the merit list of candidates eligible for Spot Round counselling will be published at 6:00 PM on 10 September 2026.
Candidates eligible for the Spot Round include those who opted for the Freeze option and reported to the concerned Directorate but subsequently withdrew their allotted seat online within the stipulated period, registered candidates who were not allotted any seat up to Round 2, and candidates who did not opt for Freeze after Round 2. Candidates who opted for Freeze but did not report to the concerned Directorate will be treated as having surrendered their seat and can participate in the Spot Round.
Fresh candidates who could not register during Round 1 can also participate by registering online through apjee.co.in or apdh.nic.in and paying the applicable registration fee. The registration portal will remain open from 10:00 AM on 9 September to 3:00 PM on 10 September 2026.
Candidates must deposit a ₹5,000 Seat Acceptance Fee/Security Deposit by 4:00 PM on 10 September 2026. Allotment will be based on NEET-UG 2026 All India Rank.
