Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS), Telangana, has published the BHMS 2026–27 Management Quota final merit list and opened Phase 1 web options. The university has also issued the college-wise All India Quota (AIQ) mop-up allotment list. Candidates should follow the separate deadlines for each quota.

Management Quota Merit List and Web Options
The final BHMS Management Quota merit list includes 138 candidates with NEET rank, score, category and applicable NRI eligibility details. Eligible candidates listed by KNRUHS can submit college preferences under B and C/NRI categories, in priority order, during the notified window.
The published Phase 1 seat matrix lists 123 B-category seats and 52 C/NRI-category seats across JIMS, MNR, Hamsa and Guru Nanak homoeopathic colleges.

How to Submit BHMS Web Options
- Open the official BHMS Management Quota portal using a computer, not a mobile or tablet.
- Sign in with the registered details and complete OTP verification.
- Choose eligible colleges and B or C/NRI categories in your preferred order.
- Save the options and print a copy for reference before October 30 at 2:00 PM.
Candidates already admitted to MBBS/BDS under KNRUHS CQ/MQ/AIQ, allotted BHMS seats under KNRUHS AIQ, or listed as ineligible by AACCC under the specified notice cannot exercise MQ web options. Read the university instructions before proceeding.
AIQ Mop-Up Allotment and Reporting
The AIQ mop-up college-wise allotment document covers Jeeyar Integrated Vedic Academy (JIVA), MNR Homoeopathic Medical College, Hamsa Homoeopathy Medical College and Guru Nanak Homoeopathic Medical College. Candidates must check the allotment list and complete reporting at the allotted college by 2:00 PM on October 31, 2026.
University Fees for MQ Allottees
After allotment, the notified university fee is ₹15,000 for B-category candidates and ₹20,000 for C-category candidates, payable online before downloading the allotment letter. Tuition and college fees are separate as applicable. Admission requires reporting with original certificates and required documents by the date on the allotment letter.
