The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training (DGME), Uttar Pradesh, has published the revised state merit list for Round 3 of UP NEET UG 2026 counselling.

Latest Update: Revised Round 3 Merit List Out

The list is titled UP State Revised Merit List of NEET-UG-2026 Round-3. Each entry shows the serial number, roll number, candidate and father's name, UP category and sub-category, NEET marks and NEET rank. Candidates are arranged in order of merit. The top entry has 669 marks (NEET rank 569) and the last has 177 marks (NEET rank 1,194,891).

Who Can Fill Choices

A disclaimer on the list says it is registered candidate data for UP NEET UG 2026 counselling. Only candidates who have paid both the registration fee and the security money, and whose documents are verified successfully, are eligible for choice filling. The page legend defines OB, OS, OT and OE as OBC, SC, ST and EWS (Other State).

  • Open the official UP NEET counselling portal.
  • Click the Round 3 revised state merit list link for NEET UG 2026.
  • Open the PDF and search your name or roll number.
  • Check your NEET marks, NEET rank and category.

Before Choice Filling

  • Confirm that both fees are paid and your documents are verified.
  • Shortlist colleges and rank them in order of preference.
  • Fill and lock choices before 5 PM on October 31.
  • Keep original documents ready for admission from November 3.
