Established in 1990 under the Jawahar Medical Foundation — founded in 1984 by Late Shri Annasaheb Chudaman Patil — the college is affiliated with Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS), Nashik, and approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC). ACPM is accredited by NAAC with a B+ grade. The college is spread across 40.17 acres and offers 100 MBBS seats and 39 postgraduate seats across 7 specializations. The institution is attached to the Jawahar Medical Foundation's ACPM Hospital — a fully functional 500-bed multi-specialty teaching hospital — that serves over 1,000 outpatients daily, providing extensive clinical training to MBBS students.
