Additional charges include university exam fees (INR 7,500/year), one-time registration fee (INR 1,000), caution deposit (INR 5,000), and medical fee (INR 1,000/year).

Admission to B.Arch at AIT-SAP is based on valid scores in NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture), JEE Main Paper 2, or UPCET (B.Arch). Candidates must have 10+2 with PCM and minimum 50% marks.
