Autonomous State Medical College, Siddharthnagar (ASMC Siddharthnagar), also known as Madhav Prasad Tripathi Medical College and Hospital, Siddharthnagar, is a government medical college established in 2021 by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Located at Village Mudila, Naugarh, Siddharthnagar, UP – 272207, the college is affiliated with Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University (ABVMU), Lucknow, and approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC). Principal is Dr. Rajesh Mohan. The college has 100 NMC-approved MBBS seats and is on a 21.77-acre campus near the Indo-Nepal border in north-eastern Uttar Pradesh. The attached government teaching hospital has 350+ beds equipped with a blood bank, BSL laboratory, and all necessary amenities, providing emergency, OPD, IPD, day-care, laboratory, and imaging services. OPD runs daily from Monday to Saturday. The hospital covers 15 specialties including General Medicine, Surgery, OBG, Paediatrics, Orthopaedics, Dermatology, Psychiatry, Radiodiagnosis, ENT, Ophthalmology, Anaesthesiology, Pathology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Forensic Medicine, and Community Medicine.
