The college offers BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) at the undergraduate level, MD/MS in Ayurveda across 7 specializations at the postgraduate level, and Ph.D. in Ayurveda at the doctoral level. BAMS is a 5.5-year programme including a 1-year compulsory internship.

The total BAMS intake is 60 seats, distributed across All India Quota (15% via AACCC – 9 seats), State Government Quota via KEA Karnataka, and Management Quota. The exact seat matrix is released annually by KEA.

Candidates must qualify NEET UG conducted by NTA. For State Quota and Management Quota seats, counselling is conducted by KEA (Karnataka Examinations Authority) through its online portal. For 15% All India Quota, admissions are through AACCC (Ministry of AYUSH). Seat allotment is done over multiple rounds including Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up, and Stray Vacancy rounds.
