The foundation stone was laid by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on 6 October 2021. After three years of continuous construction, the college was ready to welcome its first MBBS batch in 2024-25.

BKASMC is attached to a 420+ bed Pt. Kamalapati Tripathi Combined District Hospital, Chandauli, providing 24x7 patient care, teaching, training, and research. This is one of the larger hospital capacities among 2024-batch ASMC colleges in UP.

BKASMC has separate hostel blocks accommodating 120 female students and 180 male students (total 300 hostel seats) with double-occupancy rooms including basic furniture. Separate intern/resident hostels are also available. Mandatory mess facility with charges based on actual consumption.
