Bhabha University supports students through government scholarship schemes and through its own merit-based concessions. Applicants should therefore read the current notice on the scholarship portals and ask the university office for exact eligibility before they plan the payment of fees.

Scholarships and Financial Aid at Bhabha University, Bhopal
Post-Matric Scholarship for SC, ST and OBC
Students of eligible SC, ST and OBC categories can apply for the post-matric scholarship, which gives full or partial reimbursement of the tuition fee as per the rules of the scheme. The application is made online on the Madhya Pradesh scholarship portal, and the student normally has to submit caste, income and domicile certificates along with the admission proof.
Mukhyamantri Medhavi Vidyarthi Yojana (MMVY)
The Mukhyamantri Medhavi Vidyarthi Yojana supports meritorious students who reach the top percentile in their board examinations. The financial support is given as per the state scheme, and the cut-off for eligibility is decided by the government each year. Students should apply on the state portal after taking admission and keep their Class 12 mark sheet and domicile proof ready.
Merit-Based Academic Concession
The university gives fee concessions to rank holders of the university, sports champions and wards of defence personnel. The amount or percentage is not stated on the page, so a student who believes that he or she qualifies should write to the admission cell with proof such as a rank certificate, a sports certificate or a defence service certificate.
The application process for government schemes usually has fixed dates, and a student who misses the date may lose the benefit for the whole year. It helps to create the portal registration early, to link the Aadhaar number with the bank account and to upload clear scans of every certificate. The university office can guide students with verification, but the final approval of a scholarship rests with the government department that runs the scheme, so students must track the status on the portal themselves.
Minority and General EWS candidates are also mentioned in the introduction of the scholarship page, but no specific scheme is listed for them. Students can search for such schemes on the National Scholarship Portal and the Madhya Pradesh scholarship portal. Education loans from banks are another option, and the university can issue fee letters for the loan application. Keep every certificate and receipt safe. Use the fee structure page to calculate the net cost after the scholarship.
