Bhai Parmanand Institute of Business Studies (BPIBS), established in 2007, is a government-funded management institute in Delhi. It is established and fully funded by the Government of NCT of Delhi under the Directorate of Training and Technical Education (DTTE) and is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU). Named after the freedom fighter and social reformer Bhai Parmanand, the institute offers MBA and BBA programs at extremely affordable government fees. BPIBS is one of the most cost-effective options for management education in Delhi, with total MBA fees of approximately INR 1–1.5 lakhs. Located in Shakarpur (East Delhi), the institute has grown steadily in academic quality and placement performance. The campus features modern classrooms, a well-equipped library, computer labs, seminar hall, and a cafeteria. Admission is through IPU CET conducted by GGSIPU, with preference given to Delhi domicile students. The institute draws a diverse student body and provides regular industry interaction through guest lectures, workshops, and corporate visits.
