CAMC offers the Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) programme, a 5.5-year course (4.5 years academic plus 1 year mandatory internship) with an annual intake of 70 seats.

CAMC is affiliated to Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay Memorial Health Sciences & Ayush University of Chhattisgarh (PDUMHSAU), Raipur, and approved by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM).

Admission is based on NEET-UG score through the Chhattisgarh Ayush NEET Counselling conducted by the Chhattisgarh State Ayush Society. Candidates must register at cgayush.admissions.nic.in for State Quota and/or All India Quota seats.

The total tuition fee for the complete BAMS programme is approximately ₹5,77,418 (around ₹1,28,315 per year for the 4.5-year academic duration). A one-time admission payment of ₹30,000 is also applicable.
