CMRIMS provides separate hostel facilities for boys and girls on campus at Rs.80,000/year (AY 2022-23 reference). Fully furnished rooms with 24/7 RO mineral water, hygienic food, first aid, hot water, backup power, security, provision stores, laundry service, coin telephones, indoor games, and access to electricians and plumbers. Hostels are supervised by senior faculty with full-time wardens. Bus facility and transport covering the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad are also provided.

The CMR Teaching Hospital is a 350-bed multi-specialty facility adjacent to the CMRIMS campus. It meets NMC and DM&HO standards and is equipped with operation theatres, well-equipped laboratories, advanced imaging facilities (X-ray, USG, CT), and excellent Critical Care Units (ICU/CCU). The hospital provides 24x7 emergency care and comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services across all major clinical specialties, giving MBBS students consistent and diverse clinical exposure from early years.

As of AY 2025-26, CMR Institute of Medical Sciences is a newly established college (2023) offering primarily MBBS and allied paramedical/nursing UG programs. PG MD/MS programs are not yet listed in available official data. PG programs are expected to be added in future years as the college matures and the first MBBS batch completes their degrees.
