A well-resourced library housing over 10,000 books including classical Ayurvedic texts, modern medical references, Vedic literature, and national and international journals. Equipped with internet-enabled digital library access and separate reading spaces for students and faculty.

Dayanand Ayurvedic Hospital, situated at a separate campus in the heart of Siwan city, provides clinical training for BAMS and MD students. The 116-bed facility has separate blocks for male and female patients, maternity and children's wards, an OT, labour room, Panchakarma theatre, physiotherapy, acupressure, yoga hall, emergency section, and diagnostic services (digital X-ray, ECG, USG, clinical lab).

A dedicated yoga hall on campus for regular student yoga sessions, wellness programmes, and Swasthavritta practicals as part of the BAMS curriculum.

Separate residential hostels for boys and girls within the college campus, with hygienic kitchen facilities, 24-hour security personnel, and comprehensive CCTV surveillance.
