10+2 with PCB and English; minimum 50% marks (40% for SC/ST; 45% for OBC); NEET UG qualified; age 17+ years

Step 1: Qualify NEET UG → Step 2: Register on MCC website (mcc.nic.in) — select Deemed University counselling → Step 3: Pay MCC registration fee (INR 1,000 UR/OBC; INR 500 SC/ST) + security deposit INR 2,00,000 (refundable) → Step 4: Choice filling (Round 1 only; Round 2 — reshuffling/deletion only; cannot add new colleges) → Step 5: Seat allotment in Round 1, Round 2, Round 3 (Mop-Up), Stray Vacancy Round, Special Stray Vacancy Round → Step 6: Report to DYPMC Kolhapur at Kadamwadi within stipulated time → Step 7: Pay fees and complete admission formalities. Documents: NEET scorecard, Class 10 & 12 marksheets, Transfer Certificate, Migration Certificate, 5 passport photographs, PAN Card & Aadhaar Card (photocopy of candidate and father/guardian)
