Annual MBBS fee is approximately ₹49,700. Total course fee for 4.5 years is approximately ₹2,42,000. Hostel rooms are shared (2–3 seater), air-conditioned (first AC hostel in UP), with mess and Wi-Fi included at RMLIMS.
RMLIMS is modelled on SGPGIMS (SGPGI) Lucknow. It is the first AC hostel college in UP. Fully government-funded with ultra-modern infrastructure. Features PET-CT scanner, 3T MRI, Cath lab, nuclear medicine — rare in government colleges. Gomti Nagar prime location in Lucknow city. State university (autonomous) status since 2018.
RMLIMS offers MD/MS in 20+ specialties, DM (Cardiology, Neurology, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Medical Oncology) and MCh (Neurosurgery, Urology, Cardiovascular Surgery). Admission via NEET-PG (MD/MS) and NEET-SS (DM/MCh). JR stipend: ~₹56,000–₹65,000/month.
Student reviews note: (1) Second-year-onwards hostels are 8 km from college, though free bus service is provided. (2) No sports ground for cricket/football (only badminton court). (3) Campus still under construction, so current batches have limited campus life.
