Dr. Ulhas Patil Medical College & Hospital (DUPMC), Jalgaon, was established in 2008 by Godavari Foundation (also referred to as Kothavari Foundation) — named after Dr. Ulhas Patil, a renowned philanthropist and politician. It is the first and only private medical college in Jalgaon district and is well-known in North Maharashtra for its MBBS programme, skilled faculty, and quality healthcare training. Located on NH-6 (Jalgaon-Bhusawal Road), Jalgaon Khurd — approximately 15 km from Jalgaon city — the college is affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS), Nashik, and approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
